I am purchasing a 92 gallon corner tank this weekend. I want to run kind of a heavy fish load in this one. What are some recomendations for sumps, skimmers and filtration etc.... ? I am trying to keep a healthy tank without buying things I dont need.

Lots of fish, lots of food , lots of poooop.   You want a real good skimmer.  Trust me..  I would also think about a UV sterilizer.

I agree with Brad. You will also need a regular maintenance schedule.
