Well I guess I should do this...
Hey Jake- thanks for the website forum, and the work with search engines. This weekend I was speaking with several people in out of town aquarium clubs. They were all familiar with this site and new what the Wasatch Marine Aquarium Society was.
They said that whenever they type a question into google like "protein skimmer bubble help" our site always comes up. They were asking me questions about how we got so big and why our club is so popular.
I guess they lurk around here reading posts now and then because they can always find a topic they are looking for. Sounds like we may have a bigger readership than we know.

We are lucky to have such a great club here in Utah. And its the WMAS that bring such a diverse population together and share in this addiction. Thanks to Jake for his time working on the board that lets everyone here come to one place to help others.

You all know that the presidency members put a fair amount of time into the club. But, the success of the club comes as much or more from the members. At the meetings, club members help set up/clean up. On the message forum, the club members give tons of good friendly advice.
So yeah, Jake and others deserve our praise, but so do our GREAT members. WMAS ROCKS!

I agree with Shawn- the members have sure done a lot (and continue to do so) to build this club. Having help at meeting and with events goes a long ways.

Maybe our site pops up on google so much because people like me ask so many questions. The greatest thing about this club and this message board is that we can ask just about any question we want about our tank and no one is going to make us feel stupid and someone is going to answer. You can't get that on other sites. So more questions are asked and answered here and people are not belittled for asking them. I really appreciate that. I've had a lot more success with my tanks because I've been able to ask those stupid simple questions. Thanks everyone!
