OK, I've said it before, But now after adding two more tenants that were quite big.

I only have a couple of oceanside lots left.

Well when those two lots are rented out you will just have to remodel or you could alway rent a few oceanside lots at my place.

Geez this really IS an expensive hobby. I thought 30 year mortgages were only for houses.
