Can all jebao dc pumps be run submerged and externally? i am looking at getting a dc 6000 or 9000 and would be running it in sump, thanks in advance.

Yes they can be run either way. I prefer it in the sump as well as they stay cooler and my heater works less.

All models from 2013 to present can be used internal or external.  some say that the screws can rush and to cover the screw heads with silicone. I've never had that happen to mine.
