I'm wondering if I can still use my tank, or if it's going to explode on me when I full it up. I patched the crack and I'm wondering if it's enouph. Any advice on this would help

I think it will blow out I wouldn't chance it. If you really want to know if it will hold though drag it outside and fill it up with water and see what happens.

Even if it holds initially, is it going to be worth the stress of wondering if and when its going to give in?

Not worth it IMO.  Get a new tank

not to mention I don't think that sealant is safe to use for fish I would just find a diffrent tank.

I think it will eventually fail and the sealant probably isn't reef/fish safe anyway. I would, at the very least, replace the whole sheet of glass or even better, the whole tank.
