Aloha,
We know how exciting it can be to fill a new reef aquarium. We have been there and done that, countless times. This tank was set up just a few weeks ago. Also, you told me that algae has just recently appeared on the glass. Along with the unfortunate fish deaths, these are indicators of changes occurring and more changes still to come.
Your reef began with a good amount of the four live components, LR, LS, LW and Macroalgae (added just added a few days ago). It's a very smart way to set up a reef
.
Now is the time to be patient.
I believe everyone will agree that it should be left alone and allowed to grow for a month.

I know how difficult this may seem, but there is stress during the growth process in the coming month. Adding additional coral at this stage will risk not only the new coral but may risk the coral currently in the aquarium, especially the Chalice and Favia.
In the first year after set up a tank goes through many changes. The Nitrogen cycle is well known but did you know there is a Sulfur cycle? There are other changes too. The tank has some maturing to do.

Looking at the bright side, there will be much new life popping up during the coming month. The bug population will increase and more worms and polyps will become visible on the LR and the LS. It can be a fun treat to get a magnifying glass and discover the unfolding of wondrously fascinating marine life.
