Help

I posted this in the LFS Sell section, but wanted to make sure I caught everyone's attention....(lol, so I should put it in the regular buy/sell/trade section, lol)

I wanted to let you all in on how we run our business. In my studies of how to better myself and our company, I have come to better understand that my focus has been and will continue to be on the WHY....  WHY do we do what we do?  WHY do we treat you how we do? WHY would we want to improve. 

The answers to these questions go back to the reasons we bought the store when we did:

We bought the store to keep another Local Fish Store in this valley for you guys. We do this because we love this hobby and want everyone out there to have the success I have had. We love to help lift you up so you continue through those tough times that we(I) have all had.  I also love to teach people about my passion, and love even more to see you take those teachings and have success with them.

We try to treat you better than we would want to be treated and strive to have you leave the store happier than you came in. I love making someone's day or helping their day turn around.  

We also want to be the best at what we do and need your help to know what we need to do to improve.  If there are fish you want to see, products you like, hours you would prefer we were open, or any way that you think we could improve the store, please don't hesitate to let me or someone on our team know.  

As a customer, please feel free to come in and help us know how we can better serve you.
