My frogspawn is now dieing. The only thing I can think of is something happened when I added an RBTA which I have removed from the tank. I am a little worried about it dieing, as it is my favorite piece in the tank. And suggestions.

Pics? What makes you think it's dying? Unless the RBTA parked itself on top of the frogspawn, my humble opinion would be that's not the problem.

It was showing its skeleton for a bit, it scared me for a bit. The RBTA kept stinging him.

I was thinking the exact same as snowsrfr.
Okay so it did park itself on the frogspawn. Ouch
Give it the best TLC and it will probably recover, but...
Even coral that totally disappeared can come back from dead skeletons. I wouldn't say it's magic but it's a reason to leave a skeleton in the tank for a long time.
Fungia skeleton's often sprout dozens of babies! Smile
Euphyllia sprout from the center of the skeleton head.
