Very common. That's part of what makes them so cool. If only they weren't so pugnacious and even aggressive later on in life.
We had 3 large blue damsels in a 75. They each had their home. My wife loved to show visitors the antics of the one that made it's home under a pile of rocks. She would push the sand into it's hole and we would watch as it cleaned it's house spraying sand out the front door.
