well i just got a frag today, and spotted a sea spider as big as a zoa polyp, it was white i manage to squish it and die, i was wondering what are the problems this guys can cause? do they reproduce asexually?

No they don't reproduce asexually. Sea spiders almost always end up eating corals, fish, or inverts you want to keep alive. So in short, if you have one kill it.

nope it was a sea spider it looked like a daddy long leg, but micro size, i thought aiptasia was the only thing to worry about when i picked up the frag

i do have a sixline wrasse, i never see him eating anything when it times to eat but its healthy

I was hoping to see a picture of an arrow crab. My wife calls those sea spiders! (she is not a fan!)

I would not be surprised to learn that a larval Arrow Crab could be
easily mistaken for a Sea Spider. This is why I only kill the known
pests. Everything but known pests are allowed to live in my systems. Out of
dozens of my own tanks and hundreds of other peoples tanks I've cared for over the years, you could probably make the list of
common pests I found it necessary to eliminate.  Here is an example. I found this in a Pocillipora. What do you think it could be?

mine did not look like that it was just a dot with eight legs, isnt that a peppermint larva?
