I emailed them and for their standard pieces you need to go through the LFS like Eric. They did mention that if you wanted a custom piece, like an overflow covering, etc. that you could deal with them more directly.

Eric, you need to decide what price you want to charge for it! I know you buy by the pound !
As you know I don't mind paying for what I want. Custom pieces can have a different pricing mode and I understand that. give me a price and I will decide if I want to pay it!!

Jeff All pieces are priced tagged, it doesn't get any easier to decide. As i mentioned to you some larger pieces are not by the pound, They give us a little price break due to some being heavy.
