I easily spotted a very tiny aipasia on a powerhead which I quickly eradicated with boiling water. But i spotted something else which I'm not sure if its a pest or not. The very first time I saw it it was on top of the rock. Over a day or two it "crawled" down into a crevis and the later repositioned to slightly protrude. Its very small, short, round and tan in color. I'll try a pic, but I can't guarentee you'll be able to see it.

If it does not look like those Zoanthids over there on the right side of the rock and if it moved around that fast, it's an anemone. I would not take a chance. It won't be taken without a fight. I'd dig it out with a screwdriver making sure to dig out some rock so as not to leave any pieces of the anemone.
