My 30 gallon has a little bit of algae on growning on the rocks...all my water is in check, my mag is 1450, everything is great.  I do need more snails and crabs.  My brother-in-law and I cant tell if its hair algae or briopsis...It does look like its starting to die off.  Would a lawnmower blenny help with the algae?  I would like to get one, or should I skip it and just get snails and crabs?

Lawnmower Blennies are great fish and fun to watch. They won't touch bryopsis though and don't much care for hair algae when it is very long.

Microalgae!! I am becomeing a HUGE fan of the algae. it Cleans it up wonderfully.

Like Mike said A lawnmower is fun to watch! and can help prevent a future outbreak.
scrape it off and let the lawnmower eat the little particulates. instead of the whole thing.
Just a thought.
