Easy... talk to Linn Griffith. He has like 6 nano's in his house of different styles and sizes.
Hey Linn, help this guy out.
Thanks

Personally I like the JBJ 24 nano cube. (I think Linn would agree) The pump and lighting isn't the best for sps but I love mine. Most everything in it has more than doubled in size in the last 3 or so months. It's a good size and works for me. Red Sea is nice too, but I don't have one to tell more than that. Ask Mike Savage too, he has a very nice nano with all sorts of add-ons.

If you want a large all-in-one tank with premium parts I would consider the Red Sea Max. It is 34 gallons so some people don't consider it a "nano" size. You are welcome to come see mine any time.

For RSM money, I would look at Finnex or Cadlights. You can get MH lighting, a lighted refugium, and a better skimmer. http://www.finnex.net/newlayout/php/client/itemdetail.php?id=33http://www.cadlights.com/product_info.php?products_id=116*Both companies have cheaper options with T5 lighting instead of the MH if you're looking to save money.

I did and decided on the RSM. I would do it again.

Sounds like you're trying to make up rabbit2555's mind for him.
Like I said, personally I would not buy an RSM. I think they are grossly overpriced for what you get. In any case, more options isn't a bad thing.

I don't see how this is making his mind up for him. I simply stated my preference and invited him over to see my set up.

Look, I'm not trying to start a flame war here, but I feel like I need to justify my comments. 1) you post your preference (post intended for rabbit) 2) I post my preference (post intended for rabbit) 3) you respond to my preference with your preference again. not really adding any additional information. Let's keep this constructive. I won't pretend that I have as much experience with either of these cubes as you do. My opinion is based solely on research. I was considering buying one of them, so I did a lot of internet research. I had decided on a Finnex, but ultimately went the standard tank route. Why did you choose your RSM over other options? You must have some reasoning that justified the cost, especially since you would buy again, right?

I felt that I was adding more information when I stated "I did" meaning I did check into the Finnex and Cadlights and decided on the RSM for me.
It doesn't matter to me what another hobbyist likes or chooses. I was simply stating my opinion just as you were stating yours so that we could help him make an informed decision about what is best for him.
As far as I am concerned there is no war and things are good between us.

I just automatically assume this from internet forum users. If someone is smart enough to find/use forums, hopefully they are using said forums, or other internet resources, to research what they buy.

Great. I have a tendency to offend people more often than I intend (more so on forums than in real life). I've always been one to speak my mind, and often end up foot-in-mouth.
