Ok I dont want this to sound ignorant, but I was wondering other then supporting the society, what are some of the perks of joining the club?  Like the forum that only members can get into?  What other then support is there?  Dont get me wrong, as soon as I can get my wife to say its ok to join Ill join but I need some points of persuasion.  If you know what I mean

Members Only Barbeque and 1/2 off at the Frag Fest are two things that come to mind. Other than that it's just knowing that you are helping bring in great speakers and supporting the club. You are welcome here and at the meetings (unless it is a closed meeting which is rare) and either way we are happy to see you, help you, and call you friend.

I like the star and the paid member sign above my avatar... makes me feel real special , I just joined to support the club because it really is not much money and its the least I can do for all the information I have gotten here, plus the savings in frags alone from the people I have met here amounts to some major $$$ that I would have wasted had I bought most of my corals from stores rather than fellow hobbyists.
