WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A PIECE OF TEMPERED GLASS.

Most any glass place will have a piece made to your specs. You're in Kearns, so maybe savage glass in West Valley. They temper it after it's cut, so it basically made to your specs. Last time I had a piece done for a fireplace screen, wasn't too expensive.

I got a piece at Beehive Glass, they said it would take a week. Ended up taking about 3...But, I had to pay before they would do it. I won't go there again.
