I have a Tibicin angel and he/she has some "light colored" patches on his/her scales. It is all black with small ablong patch of white and with yellow tipped fins. Water temperature is consistent around 76-78 degrees. I had a slight nitrate spike about 2 weeks ago but it has subsided. I am almost certin that it is not ich but, any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Sorry, JRoc. In Utah, we are supposed to say "Heck". I also feel a bit silly saying "Heck" as a grown woman!
You have to go to post reply, down in the right corner. It will open a new window with more options then this one. When you do, "upload images" comes up as a same box above where you type your message. It has a little green tree on it? Then it kinda talks you through it. I send my pics to my desktop to find them easier...
Try it, and come back if I explained in Blonde speak.....
And, hell, if that doesn't work, we might have to start saying heck....

Jroc, I really do not like to refer people outside our site, but I think it might be necessary here. Kelly Jedlicki is a very informed fish keeper and has written numerous articles about fish health and disease. She actually knows how to anesthetize fish and does orthodontia work on puffer fish! Yeah i tried the upload image way but it said it could not find path so I move my phots and it still could not find the path???

I cannot figure out "the path" in Firefox, so I upload in Safari. Any know how the other browsers work?
