How long do you keep your sump light on for? I have a 75 watt flood light on my 25 gal sump.

I run mine 24/7, thats cause I'm too lazy to buy a timer.

I also run mine for ~12 hours.
I have thought of running it longer but I have MacroAlge and Mangroves and don't know if they need some dark time.

I start mine in all my tanks 1/2 hour BEFORE the actinics go out, and keep them on for 1/2 hour after the actinics come back on.
