I have a Hamilton balast box that houses both my halide and VHO actinic balasts. My new Actinic bulbs are not working still, and I assume the balast is faulty. Does anyone have experience either fixing the balast or putting a new one into the existing box? Any help or advice would be helpful. My tank has now been without any actinic light for a good 6 weeks or so.
