Hi

I am needing to upgrade my skimmer pertty soon.  I have a G4 on the thank right now.  I know it is under sized but everything i had in the tank was pretty small so it has been getting me by. 
 
I am not sure what skimmer I should get.  I have a 220g tank and about 75g sump.  I have been looking at the Bubble Magus BM-NAC9 Cone Protein Skimmer on BRS for $399.  I really dont want to spend over $500 on the skimmer but don't want to spend $400 then need to spend another $600 because I got the wrong thing to start with.

The Curve 7 by bubble magus is rated for a 240g($289.99), it has an upgraded pump and they work great. We have them instock, but could easily get you the curve 9 rated 240-400g ($399.99) within a day or two of ordering.

Look at sro 3000 work perfect on your size of system

Is Tyler still making them?  I have checked out is website and he does not list them any more.  That and I think they might be out of my price range.  I have his sump and love it. Smile

I have the curve 9. It does a great job and the price to performance rating is good.
