Hmm I'm no expert, it looks like colt. But if its hard than I have no idea, sps isn't my thing.

Looks alot like a Colt or maybe Kenya Tree.
Gary, if you touch it, does it bend?
Does it 'sway' in the current? Not the little polyps, but the whiole thing...
a hard (SPS) coral won't do either.

Justaddsalt, is it hard or soft to the touch? If its soft or "meaty" feeling than its Colt Coral.

It's probably a Sinularia species (leather coral) with green Valonia (bubble algae). Sinularias are a soft coral, but they are composed of tiny calcium splinters (spicules) that can align and allow them to be semi-rigid or flow in the current. When they die, they do not leave behind a skeleton - just very tiny splinters.
