Just got an iPod and installed the APEX app. Can connect to my controller via my dyndns address, but when I click on the controller link on my iPod, it takes me to a page, where everything is blank. What am I supposed to do next?

Thanks in advance.

For me, I can use the dyndns address outside my home network, if i'm in my home network i have to use the IP.

I can access it through my home network using the IP address, but if I'm not on my home network and using the iPhone APEX app, I get nothing.

we have to type in the full http://yourdns.dyndns-free.com  to access it outside the home network.

Is that what you are trying?

Yes, sir. It says it's connected to the dns, but when I choose that one the app comes up, but everything is just blank.

I can log in with my username and password on my dns address but I get "Cannot Open Page, Safari cannot open the the page because the server cannot be found".

I can log in through my home wireless network when connected via wifi to my router though.

Sounds like some modem/router/isp problems - have them make sure all the setting are correct.

Ya, I'm modem setting illiterate. I'll play around with settings though.

We called our isp as it was their modem and they walked us through it.
