Ick

Ijust Bought a Blue Tang and he now is showing sighns of ick, What is the best way to treat ick so the rest of my fish dont get it and  with out killing my coral

Ideally, Garlic Oil used once per day will clear Ich within 5 days. In my experience, when Ich isn't going away or keeps returning there are several things that need tweaking.

1. Try a different brand of Garlic Oil. When we can get stinky GO for less than $5 it's easy to change and these do work as well as the expensive stuff at the LFS.
2. Check the stress level of the tank. It's hard to describe the qualities of a healthy tank, one that offers comfort rather than stress, but a few of the variables are:
tankmates
perceived food availability
water flow, pH & biofiltration
algae growth
coral growth
bug growth
Alk & Ca balance
space to swim
nice places to hide and sleep
3. Consider that some fish are Ich Magnets (powder tangs and blue tangs) and that each fish is an individual with it's own issues of sickness and health. Health can be fragile and sometimes "Death comes unexpectedly." (one of my favorite lines from the movie Pollyanna)

Ok so now I dont know what to think.  My male clown (which was very healthy) was swimming in my wall torch together last night no signs of stress or anything else, when I woke up this morning the male clown was gone no sign of him anywhere.  So I removed the live rock trying to find him and nothing, when I have had fish die before I have always found pieces of them but its like he vanished. Any Idea's? 

There are several distributors of stinky Garlic Oil, but probably only a few manufacturers. I have tried several labels and most worked for me. If one doesn't work within 2 days, try another.

How old is the tank?

In all honesty, I would not have removed the rock out of your tank.  In my experience this stresses the fish out more.
