OK So I have 3 clown fish that are hosting a condy in my tank.
Theres mom,dad and baby but I was wondering are parents not having babies
because baby is there?

Should I evict baby so parents can shake and bake or what?

If I took baby out for awhile you think they would allow baby to come back in and
 rent a room again?

Id like to see if they'll have kids again but I also would feel really terrible if I couldnt get him back in.  There so Da** cute

Da** kids

Do you know which ones are mated for sure? Usually mated clowns wouldn't put up with a 3rd wheel and would be harassing your other clown.

Leave the clowns alone! :) It is pretty hard to get three to live together happily...you can get your new saddlebacks to breed in the other tank.........

When two Clownfish decide to spawn, they will take care of the interference.Evil Smile

So this "baby" is not the offspring of the other two, or is it?

Well... I got some tank born and bred juvenile Tomato clownfish from out at Seabase near Grantsville. http://www.bonnevilleseabase.com After about two years of the original 9 juveniles, there were only 2 left. The others had just passed quietly away one by one. The two that paired up spawned regularly and I raised some babies and wrote an article about it in the Sea Star. Big smile

I really wouldn't be surprised if they killed him. If they are paired that is, they might still be trying to figure out who is who though.

They are all pretty happy right now...I don't think any of them are paired up. I would leave them alone unless one started getting picked on.....

Oh.....and that is Queen to you!....   :)

Yees boss woman............
YOUR AWESOME AND THANKS FOR BEING SO SWEET AND HELPING ME WITH YOUR OLD empty TANK.

OK So I guess ill just keep eye on them.  You know the mom and dad do take casual long walks on beach together they love 40 then race back to anemone.. cute....

OK so lil off topic but my other tomato clown in my nano today while i was taking care of some business on phone I have noticed is house cleaning house and has moved every rock to front of tank but what amazed me is filter/skimmer cover for jbj nano broke off again and it fell down behind rock in clowns area and that son gun picked it up violently like a chihuahua and shook it outta rocks while swimming straight up over rocks to front of tank and dumped it on his buddy (moe)  lawnmower blenny.
funniest thing ive seen yet from a fish...  Now I might have to hold onto him..
CRACKED ME UP
