So I had a biohazard sps fall over and land on my euphylia. Looks like both might be a bit damaged the euphylia especially. My question is will the recover? And is there anything I can do to help recovery. Aside from the obvious of preventing in the future

You could try dipping it, I'm honestly surprised that the euphyllia was damaged over the sps as its usually opposite. Your euphyllia may just be ticked off and closed up for a few days.

That was my thought as well. Would there be any way for me to tell damage v just shrunken because it's pissed?

Give em some time. They will recover. BTW, Euphyllia is not a soft coral. It builds a stony stalk. We classify it a Large Polyp Stony(LPS)
