damaged frogspawn polyp

Yesterday my frogspawn was knocked off of the rock it was on. It landed on a small rock on the sand bed. One of the heads of the frogspawn looks partially damaged. Does anyone have some recommendations for what to do about this? Will it just heal up on its own? or should I cut off the head that has the damage? Here is what it looks like:

It's just upset, I would leave it alone give it a couple days should come back, unless the actual skeleton is damaged then you might have survival issues, but I would still leave it alone. My 2 cents
