I need a good replacement pump for a coralife super skimmer 125. I think the flow is supposed to be around 500 GPH. I was just wondering if anyone had any preferences or liked a certain pump. Also, maybe getting a new pump isn't worth it, maybe there is another skimmer that wouldn't be too much more than the cost of a replacement pump.... Thanks in advance!

I need to decide whether to buy a $100 replacement pump for this coralife skimmer or to just buy a new skimmer. Does anyone have an opinion on whether I would be better off with a new skimmer?

I would ditch it and shell out another 200 bucks and buy a Elite Aquatics cone skimmer. It would be a night and day difference for you! Free plug lolWink

How big is your tank?

Do you have a sump?

you mean by replacing the whole skimmer?

Replacing your coralife with another skimmer gives you better results. Brands are built differently and coralife is IMO average, Tyler skimmers look great.
