Anything dead? Cloudy water generally means there is high levels of organics or ammonia in the water. Do a large water change and replace any media bags in your filtration.

It may just be a bacterial bloom related to being a newer setup.

Exactly how long has the tank been up?

Off its only a week and a half its just pay off the cycle and you should just leave it and let the bacteria run its cycle. No water changes or media changes until the cycle and then stay changing water and media. I wouldn't run any media during the cycle of it were me.

Again (in english this time. lol), don't run any carbon or other media (filter pad is ok if it's changed daily) during your cycle. It should clear after a couple of days.
