When putting together my 40 Breeder I almost bought the NWB110. The only thing that turned me off about it is that you can't fully disassemble it for cleaning, one of the major reasons I went for the SWC120, that and the SWC had better reviews

I have a reef octopus 6 on my frag system, water volume of about 120 gallons and I love it. Tons of foam and dark skimmate.

Yep -
The 3.5 cone will be borderline too small capacity for 65g
It is only 4" in diameter at the base; the neck is like 2"
The NAC6 is 6' diameter with a 3" neck
Pump on the NAC6 is the same pump I have on my NAC7 cone that is on my 93 Cube
Good pump; tons of bubbles

If you could fit a footprint of 9" x 10" and want to assemble the skimmer yourself this one from Avast would be sweet with a 7.5" base, 3.75" Neck

I would agree with Ahanix, the SWC cones are pretty well made and work very well and also have a very small footprint. When it comes to skimmers, you get what you pay for man. If you buy a cheap skimmer now you will be replacing it in the future so you might as well buy a quality skimmer now
The only problem I see with the AVAST Marine skimmer is, they are using the older PSK-2500 pump which has tons of problems. They have re-start issues and can start backwards from time to time. If you talk to anyone that owns a skimmer with the older PSK-2500, they hate them. AVAST should switch to the PSK-1000 I am not sure why they don't its a much better pump and doesn't have any of the issues the older model did and its the same price.

They have switched to the PSK-1000 for 2011 according to the current specs.

Some of the Bubble Magus skimmers are okay and some aren't so great. The first one you asked about doesn't have the best of reviews. The Nac6 and Nac7's are okay and perform well but there not made as well as the SWC cones. I have played with both skimmer brands and if I had to choose I would go with the SWC, the fit and finish of all the components are much better on the SWC brand of skimmers. I am not bad mouthing Bubble Magus, for the price their Nac 6-7 skimmers are not bad little skimmers. The SWC cones just have a better neck connection, smoother transition from body to neck and like I said before they are just built a little better.
