Hi there.  I'm new here, but here's a link to my system with 20g frag tank.  What details do you need?

Welcome Mabarizo.  I love your tank you have there.
Here is what a customer said while on hold Oh my gosh! Did you open the door? I told you not to open the door. Dre is in here completely naked and he's got freak'n Macaroni and Cheese in his hands.

Mohri, How do you have your frag tank filtration setup?  Is that egg crate sitting on your sand?  Is that egg grate mounted up high?  Did you use silicone to do this?  Thanks for the photos!  Awesome!

Thanks Mike.  Smile

Frag tank is connected to the main sump.  Bottom frag rack has a pvc frame with legs to keep it off the sandbed.  All other frag racks are attached to glass sides via magnets, mostly the Suregrip magnets--used superglue/baking soda to attach eggcrate to the powerhead adaptors.

my frag tank is a Bare bottom (BB) tank. I do like not having the sand. when I accidentally drop a frag or one of the frags decides not to stay glued to the plug, I dont have to dig threw the sand to find it.
My frag tank is connected to my main display tank located on the main level of my house.  I have approx 230g of total water volume in the system.  For filtration, I only have a asm g2 skimmer (which I would like to upgrade).  I do not run a filter sock on my tank like other do.

Nice pictured set ups mbarizo and chk4tksClap

LS provides food, especially at night.
LS allows snails and hermits to easily find and clean the frag base.
LS provides filtration.
make the frag tank part of a larger system with refugium to add more food...

from which more frags can be cut...

And if you want the coral to grow at maximum rate place the whole system in the sun and feed it all the Alk and Ca it can eat.
