Cerith Snail eggs?

Not sure if eggs is the right term, but my cerith snails leave trails of hundreds of white egg-like objects on my mag-float which I leave in my tank.

If they are eggs, who can tell me the incubation period, what type of environment they need to survive, and other helpful info?

I do have a small 5 gallon refugium, I assume I should try to get them into the refugium for starters.

I searched like you said and found everything I needed.  I appreciate your help.  Where do I send a check for membership for the remaining year?  How much?

It looks like if I want these eggs to have a chance I need to put them in my refugium where the only predator is the gravity fed outflow into my tank bearing and a cleaner shrimp with a smile from exoskeleton to exoskeleton

And I need to learn to relax and enjoy green  tinted aquarium glass for a while after I see the eggs.
