At home Depot they have some led 60w equivalent light bulbs they are 5000k 800 lumen for $5 will this work? also they have some cfl bulbs that are 6500k 825 lumen is this better?

I would go with the 6500K, that seems to be the best spectrum for plant growth.

The daylight led bulbs will work fine. Use them on mine.

thanks for the input. I think ill try the led it has less power useage and lasts longer I just wish I could find one that was 6500k not 5000k

They are tough to find. I settled on a led 5k 120 watt and its been exceptional with a very small amount of heat and great light.
90 gal reef w/refugium
24 gal softie tank
11 gal nano anemone tank
5 gal fresh water

Off topic but you think these over my lemon and orange tree in my house would be enough to support them? Lol

No, artificial lighting must be very close to the leaves to support photosynthesis. Without getting into the powerful and high dollar lighting what we can get as consumers isn't powerful enough. It can work on low growing plants, but the height of the tropical tree or bush complicate matters, you'd need a whole array of them running from bottom to top.

We have low E windows in our home and the filtering makes it hard for plant growth inside. Natural sunlight is best for what you need.
