What is the max ORP should be at? Mine is reading around 380. I have cleaned the probe and I am just curious if my neptune is giving false ORP readings or if it is accurate.
I am not running an ozone. What other factors contribute to ORP? Thanks

Without ozone a reading that high is darn near impossible, IMO.  Pristine ocean reefs are at those kinds of ORP values.  A healthy aquarium without ozone should be between 200 and 300.
