Is it possible to have to much flow?  I am thinking about getting a powerhead for my 24G nano that does 400GPH.  There is also a nano model that does 240 but that sounds weak.  Should I get less or more than 400?  I also have about 315GPH on the pump in the tank.  Thanks

I have a Koralia 1, and a Koralia nano in my 29 Biocube and I think the flow is about right. Been considering upgrading the nano to a 1, but have started saving up my pennies for a Vortech MP20 instead.
