I kno, right? I have a D.H. and toadstool in the tank. Not the same coral.... This thing has been the same size for 7mos. while the others have grown. Besides that, in person you can tell it just isn't the same coral.

You can try moving it up. I have a sinularia, aka devils hand, aka finger leather that has stayed the same since I got it many months ago. I also have a Sarcophyton aka Toadstool leather, aka Umbrella leather that hasn't grown much either. Yet the anemones in this tank are thriving, Xenia is doing wonderful, the Green Sinularia is growing well and LPS like it too. Go figure.  It seems that in any one tank, some coral do well and others don't. If you give it to someone else it may do better in their tank.

Sounds good, It has been in the same spot since I got it. So, I will try moving it up.

Our pulsing sinularia contradictory to many leathers LOVES light, it is happiest directly under 400 watt halides, and we observe the most growth under these conditions.
