    Posted: April 27 2010 at 4:54pm
So this is my first post.  Just found out about this site!  I just got into salt water aquariums about 3 weeks ago.  I've also just found out that I am an impulse buying on stuff for my tank.  Lol.  Please help.

Ok so I just ordered a large frag pack of 15 different zoa's.  I have a 14g Biocube with the stock lighting.  Would like some suggestions on the best way to keep them from fading.  I've been told that they are pretty easy to keep so we shall see.  All comments, gripes, complaints, and suggestions are welcome!

Yeah I, for the most part, have researched.  I just saw the deal and the guy said he had one left so I jumped and then went ahh crap.  So if it really fills the tank I might have some zoa's to trade, sell, give away.  Which ever.

I have already found so much infor out.  As soon as I get off work I'm stopping by Lowes to build a media rack from one of the DIY articles!  I really wish I could've found this place 3 weeks sooner.

Oh one more thing.  It seems like the stock lighting on the BC should be suffice to keep them from fading, right?  Right?!?!?!?Wacko

Zoas are one of the easier things to keep. Any where in your new tank is fine to put them. Make sure your parameters stay within acceptablee guide lines.

Your lighting on your bc 14 is more then enough for most (if not all) soft corals. Including zoas, mushrooms,
xenia leathers etc...

Edit: depending on the size of your frags and placement.. if its. 15 with 5 polyps each then to me that is not all that much even in your tank

Yeah all the frags have 3-5 heads so I was thinking that would be fine.  Thanks for the welcomes and such.  I really hope I haven't gotten over my head.
