I don't know if I'm a gluten for punishment or what, but I've been getting an itch to try out one of the larger angel fish species.  I would love an emperor, or a majestic.  I've read that they can have a taste for LPS and clams both of which I have some of so I wanted to find out what people's experiences have been with some  of the larger non pigmi varieties.  Successes?  Failures?

I like the type of large angelfish that is no threat to clams and corals. They also don't eat all the sponge in a tank.

Genus Genicanthus Angelfishes, Swallowtails

Both of those fish will munch on lps and zoo's and nip at most sps. The sps is the safest, but lps and zoos are most likely history. As far as clams, I dont have them so I wouldn't know.  Genicanthus angels are your best bet like mentioned above.
