So for my sump light, I have a 2x24" t5 normal output... so like 10 or so, watt bulbs.

On Sunday they stopped working, when I unplugg and plug back in I see one bulb trrying to fire. And then nothing... so is this ballast or bulbs.

I also have some extra 24 watt ho bulbs I can swap out, but would these ruin the ballasts?
