A few questions. So I have 3/8" tubing running up from my basement to the sump. I have about 6' up and about 25' across to get to the sump. I'm guessing a Mag3 would be sufficient?
Being the outlet of the pump is being stopped by the float valve does this cause it any issues? Also, should I do a siphon break in the tubing just in case? Thanks!
you will not want to have the 3/8 tubing in the water of your sump or yes it will siphon back as long as there is a air gap somewhere in the top of the line it should work fine and a mag 3 should have plenty of pressure for 6 feet of head pressure the 25 feet across wont affect how high the pump will go just slow the flow down the longer you go
