What do flat worms look like?

	What do flat worms look like, if anyone has a picture that would be great, or if anyone is really good at describing things that would be ok. Please forgive my ignorance but why are they bad for a system?

	They cover the coral shading it from the light. They propogate too fast (out of control). Some people think they look ugly. Edited by Jared Wood

	Since were on the subject, I read on reefcentral today where someone was saying that a good way to control this type of flatworm was by removing silicates from your tank. Anyone else heard of this?
