Can someone tell me when and how long to run led lights I have a 240 watt led fixture with blue and white lights. I want to put them on timers bud don't know when to have what on. Help plz

This a pretty broad question but some more details will help. LEDs are just lights so you can run them as long as you were your other lights. What LEDS are they? Are you also running other lights? That sort of info will help

 this is the specs on the light I bought and no I'm not running any other lights with them just thus fixture.. just don't know how long on what colors or what time of day. Thanks
