Are Apex worth the investment?

What's the one to get lite or normal?


Right now I have two AI sols I would like it to control but that's about.

I love my apex.  I am controling my AI's with the apex.  you will need to pick up the VDM unit to control your AI lights.  I would say that an apex is not a must have but it give you alot of really cool options some that you have not even thought about yet. 
I got the full controler because I need the larger number of outlets.

I have had my Apex running for about 4 months now.  In that time it has saved my external Reeflo pump about 50 times. While it can be annoying that it alarms at 4am (always 4am when water level runs low) it has saved our pump. 

It has also saved my fish when my AC went out and the temp in the house went sky high, it makes sure my fans were all running and my lights and heater remained off. 

It has great features and conveniences  as well.  I love mine.  I highly recommend!
