Soon I will be setting up a 75 gal. reef tank and I am looking for information on Calcium reactors such as performance issues etc. A whole setup looks quite expensive, any ideas on reducing reactor setup expenses? Jody

I've built a reactor out of two R.O. Canisters, and Eheim hobby pump, and a used Milwaukee regulator, all for about $175. it was a bit of work and took some know-how in regards to drilling and tapping holes etc.. There aren't many other options that are cheeper than that.
