Few weeks ago my heater broke and sent my temp up to 95 while I was at work. It was a marineland stealth pro heater and seemed to work great until this - temp was steady at 78 24/7. I'm wondering if any of you have a preference on heaters and why?

I found this article about heaters, and I think its well worth the read.  It provides a number of things you can do to minimize the risk of having a heater destroy your tank.  I think the advice it gives, particularly about having 2 much smaller heaters than 1 large heater makes a lot of sense to me.
