What is your thought of T5 lighting for a 75 gallon sps tank. Do you know of any good deals or should i just do mh lights thanks

I would suggest MH. I looked very hard into T5 lighting and I ended up finding a used MH lighting system for cheaper than new T5 lighting. Look around and you should find some deals.

Let me tie your undies in a knot a little bit and suggest T5HO lighting :).
As you can see everyone has their own preferred setup, I would suggest (with Lyscer) that you look around, read up and make a choice about what goes best with your ideas about cost, looks etc. Also, I think this subject has been discussed before where everyone gave their experiences and opinions on lighting strategies.
