So i bought a new wrasse today and after placing him in the tank my yellow belly damsel chases and harasses him constantly. I have put the 6 line in my acc box but cant catch the damsel . should i just let him out and let the 2 of them sort it out ? Or would they go at it till 1 dies

Just leave the wrasse in the acclimation box so they can get use to each other. My guess is the damsel will keep chasing.

hes been in there for like 5 hrs now , Im going to release him in the morning when its kinda dark . the damsel is expendable to me so if i cant catch him with a trap i will have to harpoon him unfortunately.

With Tangs I usually leave them in the box for up to a week for them to sort it all out and get used to each other.
