I dont think the tentacles are out but it looks different than when the light are on and I have never seen feeder tentacles on this guy, should I feed it? Do the tentacles look like the candies or the acans im assuming they do, any suggestions?

Looks like your coral is pushing for a meal.
Yes, those "feeder tentacles" will look very similar to your candies and acans. Try squirting a small amount of meaty food (turkey baster) across the coral. About 5-10 minutes later your coral should extend those tentacles for food. Do this around the same time each day, every few days, once a week.... ect. Training your coral to eat may take some time. However, once trained, your coral will recognize feeding time and be ready and waiting.

I will try that, I was trying to feed a big chunk of scallop
