We now have a wonderful club member in the process of raising clams (he posted above). He came to dinner after the meeting last week and we discussed all the clam rearing methods. I'm hoping he can make it work. If nothing else, I'm incredibly impressed with his desire. I'll be doing whatever I can to help him succeed with this.
Oh and like Crystal said they can use ammonia. In fact some people pee in their clams tanks.
