Has any one ever heard of these guys before? They have very good prices on MH bulbs, but I have no idea on the quality. $35 for a 10k 250w with free shipping.

No idea but for $35 I'm tempted to test it out.  it's only a sale price however they don't have brand names listed.

From what I can tell these are Pro brand bulbs. Not that I've ever heard of them, but hopefully someone has.

I'd want to see a spectral plot and PAR value first from independant testers such as Sanjay Joshi or Joe Berger.  A 10000K label on a bulb doesn't mean it's really 10000K- it's a marketing tool.  The August 2004 issue of Advanced Aquarist's Online Magezine has 250 watt bulb testing by Sanjay Joshi.  If a company doesn't submit their product to be tested, how do we as customers really know if they are telling the truth about how wonderful it is.  I know that I totally trust the truthfulness of all advertising I see on TV .
