Hi, I have a 65 gallon corner tank. I am running a 150w 13,000k metall halogen and one blue one purple t5 24 w fluorescents. I replaced the halogen today and the tank is crazy bright. My question is how many hours should I run the halogen? I have been running it 6-8 hours. I run the florescents about 10 hours. I also run 2 led blue strips for moon lights that are on 24 hours. Thanks :)

My corals get a few hours of absolute darkness at night.  They seem to feed much more during that dark period.

It takes about 100 hours for a halide to burn in and settle at its true color and brightness.
